Policies

  • Once orders/packages are no longer in our possession, taken to the post office, and tracking information is provided for you, Valeria'S Boutique is no longer responsible for your order. If you have issues with your order/package contact USPS as soon as possible.

 

  • Valeria'S Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. If your tracking information or carrier states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen), you may take this up with the United States Postal Service and can file a claim. 

 

  • Valeria'S Boutique cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. All purchases are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.
