New Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy - Effective March 1, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders beginning March 1, 2026 and onward.

In alignment with Valeria’S Boutique Rebrand, we have thoughtfully updated & renewed our store policies for a better, improved, & redefined shopping experience just for you. 

 

All Things Shipping: Processing, Shipping, Rates, Delivery

Valeria’S Boutique currently ships domestically to the United States from California.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing Time

  • All orders are first processed within 1-4 business days (processing time is before your order has shipped out & is separate from delivery time) 
  • During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing time may extend.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

These are estimate delivery times after your order has processed & has shipped out.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days: $8.99
  • Free Shipping: 3-7 business days: orders of $125+ (before tax)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Delivery times vary depending on your location & shipping carrier.

Tracking

  • All orders are provided with a tracking number once the order has shipped out.
  • A shipping confirmation email is sent with tracking information of your order.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. 

Valeria’S Boutique is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • During checkout, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for successful delivery.
  • If you have made an error in your address, contact us immediately at our email [ info@valerias-boutique.com ]. 
  • We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been shipped out.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and scanned by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Valeria'S Boutique is not responsible for:

  • lost packages
  • stolen packages
  • delays caused by the carrier
  • packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you may take this up with the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

Returned to Sender

This means your package delivery attempt failed and your package will be shipped back to us. This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information, the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. 

This order will be processed as Returned to Sender.

  • Returned to Sender order will be issued store credit only, minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Store credit of Returned to Sender orders will be sent to customer via email.
  • Store credit of Returned to Sender orders will be valid for 30 days only starting the date the store credit was issued.

If you wish to reorder the order that was returned to us, you will have to make a new order and can use the store credit that has been issued to you.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shipping Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Valeria’S Boutique, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Shipping Policy. 

It is the customer's responsibility to review our store policies prior to placing an order. 

Valeria’S Boutique reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks filed in contradiction to the policies agreed upon at checkout. Documentation including delivery confirmation, policy acknowledgment, and order history will be provided to the payment provider as necessary.

Valeria’S Boutique reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy without notice.
