How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

  • After you have completed your order through our website, you will see a "thank you for shopping with us" page with an order number. Only orders that have an order number with the format as such #00000, have been successfully placed. You will also receive an automatic order confirmation email. We suggest you check your spam folder as well.

I have not received an order confirmation email

There can be only 1 of the following 2 reasons as to why you may have not received an order confirmation email.

  1. If you did not receive an order confirmation email within minutes of completing a purchase neither did a "thank you for shopping with us" page along with an order number appear immediately after placing your order, your order was unsuccessfully placed. 
  2. If you placed an order and saw a "thank you for shopping with us" page along with an order number, however did not receive an order confirmation email, it may have gotten lost in your email. We suggest you check your spam mail. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

  • You can self cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing your order. You can only cancel your order by selecting the "cancel" button under "order actions" right after placing your order. 

After 15 minutes have passed since placing your order, unfortunately, your order cannot get cancelled.

 

Can I make changes to my order regarding sizes, colors, items?

  • If you would like to make changes to your order, we will be happy to make them for you as long as your order has not been shipped out yet and we viewed your request of change. Once you have received a tracking number, meaning your order has been shipped out, we can no longer make changes to your order. Please contact us as as soon as possible via email to make changes to your order. We cannot guarantee item availability/sizes/colors. 

 

I received an incorrect/damaged item

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as info@valerias-boutique.com prior to any return. 

When returning an incorrect item that was sent to you, the item must be sent back in the following conditions: 

  • Item must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and odorless
  • Item must be returned with all tags attached and in original packaging (not referring to shipping poly bag)

If item fails to satisfy any of these conditions, item will be sent back to you.
