Shipping Policy

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are first processed and fulfilled within 2-6 business days. All orders are subject to a processing and fulfillment time that is separate from shipping and delivery time.  After this process, they are shipped out to either USPS or UPS where they are responsible for delivering your package in a timely manner. Shipping and delivery time varies depending on your location. Usually, packages are delivered within 2-6 business days once they are under the selected carriers' have scanned them. After packages are scanned by an applicable shipping carrier, Valeria'S Boutique is no longer responsible nor has access to the packages.

Domestic Shipping:  

  • Orders are first processed and fulfilled within 2-6 business days. Once orders have been processed and fulfilled, then they are taken to USPS or UPS, where they will deliver your package based on the delivery time you chose at checkout. 
  • Business days are Monday - Friday. Holidays are excluded from business days.

Where do you ship to?

  • We ship to all 50 states in the United States & Mexico.

I placed an order, however, I did not receive an order confirmation email.

  • If you have not received an order confirmation email within minutes of completing a purchase, contact us through our email valeriasboutiqueonline@gmail.com by providing your first and last name. We highly recommended that you check your spam mail as well.

 

I placed an order, however, I provided the incorrect shipping address.

  • If you provided the incorrect shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately through our email valeriasboutiqueonline@gmail.com and we can edit your address.
  • We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been shipped out.
  • When checking out, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for successful delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

  

How can I track my order?

  •  After you complete your order, you may choose to add a phone number or email to receive shipping updates. When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email or text message with tracking information for your shipment. 

 

Delivery Claims:

  • Valeria'S Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. If your tracking information or carrier states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen), you may take this up with the United States Postal Service and can file a claim. 

 

Returned-To-Sender / Failed Delivery

  • This means your package delivery attempt failed and your package will be shipped back to us. This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information, the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. If your package is returned for insufficient address, you are responsible to pay for shipping charges to reship.
