Will You Restock Sold-Out Items?
We do our best to restock select popular & best-selling items; however, restocks are not guaranteed.
To stay updated on restocks, we recommend:
- Signing up for back-in-stock notifications
- Following us on social media
- Subscribing to our email/SMS list
What Are Pre-Order Items?
Pre-order items are styles that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase.
- Pre-orders will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
- Pre-order timelines are estimated and subject to change.
Do You Offer Price Adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we are unable to refund the price difference.
Can I Use More Than One Discount Code?
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases.
What Happens If I Forget to Use My Discount Code?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply or refund discounts after an order has been placed.
Are Sale Items Final Sale?
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated.
Can Sale Prices Change?
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Promotional pricing is temporary and may end without prior notice.
Why Was My Order Canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Inventory discrepancies
- Payment authorization issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email and refunded accordingly.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, items may be returned according to our Return Policy for store credit.
