Return Policy - Effective March 1, 2026

This Return Policy applies to orders beginning March 1, 2026 and onward. Orders placed before March 1, 2026 will not be valid for return.

In alignment with Valeria’S Boutique Rebrand, we have thoughtfully updated & renewed our store policies for a better, improved, & redefined shopping experience just for you. 

 

We want you to love your new purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to assist within the guidelines below.

Valeria’S Boutique reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet our quality conditions in order to maintain quality control, safe public health practices, and proper hygiene

Valeria’S Boutique accepts returns of eligible items for store credit only, no refunds nor exchanges, as inventory cannot be held or guaranteed. 

Return Window & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Returned item(s) will be carefully inspected. If item(s) does not meet all of the following conditions, the return will be declined and will be returned to back to you.

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, item must be returned in the following conditions:

  • item must be unworn, oder less, damage free, wash free, show no signs of worn
  • item must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, etc
  • item must have all tags attached and with original packaging
  • item must include all parts, pieces, and/or items

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Store Credit Refund

Approved returns will be refunded as a store credit. Once a return has been approved, you will receive the store credit via email. To use the store credit for a new order, the option of paying with store credit will appear during payment at checkout.

The shipping fee from original order is non refundable and will not be credited in this store credit.

Final Sale Items 

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • all categories listed underneath the Accessories section on our website such as: tights/lingerie essentials, belts/buckles, earrings, necklaces, anklets, hats, scarves, earmuffs, bows, headwear, gloves, wildrags, handbags, phone cases/charms, gifts.
  • swimwear including swim suits, coverups, etc
  • items marked as "Final Sale"
  • gift cards
  • any discounted item
  • all items under the Sale section on our website

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping labels are not provided by Valeria’S Boutique. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and such cost will not be refunded to customer in any manner.
  • The shipping fee from original order is non refundable and will not be credited in this store credit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Valeria’S Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Optional shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

To Make a Return

Self-Serve Returns

Customers can submit a return request on the self serve returns link below.

Submit a Return Request by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Request return".

After you have submitted a return request, we will review your request. 

Once your return request has been approved, please ship back your item as soon as possible.

How To Ship a Return Back

  1. Check if your item(s) is eligible for return.
  2. Submit a self serve return request.
  3. Wait for return approval.
  4. Carefully package up your return in its original packaging.
  5. Purchase a shipping label of your choice either online or in person at shipping carrier options likes USPS, UPS< or FedEx.
  6. Drop off package at correct carrier. 
  7. Once we have received your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be inspected and store credit issued.

Incorrect Item Received

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of your delivery at [ info@valerias-boutique.com ] with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item received

Item must be unworn, unwashed, & in original condition with all tags attached, & original packaging.

Once confirmed that an error was made on our end, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and ship the correct item (if available) at not additional cost. If the item is not longer in stock, store credit will be issued.

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect items reported after the 3-day window.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [ info@valerias-boutique.com ] with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • Clear photo of the full item

Item must be unworn, unwashed, & in original condition with all tags attached, & original packaging.

Once reviewed & approved, we will provide a resolution at no additional cost to you. If the item is still in stock, we will offer a replacement. If the item is not longer in stock, store credit will be issued.

Please note: Minor variations in color, texture, lengths, or fit as well as loose thread that can be trimmed, are not considered defects. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.

Claims made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

Return Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Valeria’S Boutique, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Return Policy. 

It is the customer's responsibility to review our store policies prior to placing an order. 

Valeria’S Boutique reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks filed in contradiction to the policies agreed upon at checkout. Documentation including delivery confirmation, policy acknowledgment, and order history will be provided to the payment provider as necessary.

Valeria’S Boutique reserves the right to update this Return Policy without notice.
