Western Boot Exchange Policy
Western Boots are valid for exchange only. We offer exchanges and store credit. Refunds are not issued. If you want to exchange or return your western boots for a reserved exchange, please contact us immediately and let us know what size/color/style you would like to exchange them for. Otherwise, please proceed to ship back the boots as soon as possible.
Western Boot Return & Exchange Eligibility
When trying on your new western boots, we highly recommend that you try on the western boots on carpet or clean surfaces.
- The sole of the boots must not show any marks or scratches of them being stepped on and/or used and they must have its original shine
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and odorless
- Item must be returned in the exact condition they were delivered to you and its original packaging with all original tags attached
If these requirements are not satisfied, a return nor exchange will not be processed and the original western boots will be shipped back to you.

1. If you want to exchange the western boots for a different size, it is your responsibility to check our website and see if the new size you want is available.
2. If the size you want is unavailable, contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if you would like to wait for when the size you want is available or if you would like to exchange for a different style.
3. If the top two options are not acceptable for you, we can issue you store credit for the amount of your boots.
If you decide to do any type of exchange for other western boots, contact us immediately through email at email@example.com & inform us which style & size you would like us to reserve for you. Reserved items are reserved for 1-2 weeks meanwhile we receive your original western boots back. As western boots sell out quickly, the size you want may not be stock, however, we can offer you store credit.
How to return the western boots?
- Carefully read the conditions above to see if the item are eligible for a return.
- To return the item, fill out the exchange card that was shipped along with your boots.
- Carefully pack the boots in the same packaging as was delivered to you.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs. Valeria’S Boutique does not provide return labels for exchange/return of boots.
What happens after the boots have been shipped back for return or exchange?
Once the tracking number of the return shipment you made has been delivered to our PO Box, the boots undergo the process of quality control making sure the boots are eligible for an exchange/return. This process may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Once this process is complete, we will contact you and proceed from there.
