Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.
If you do not receive a confirmation email:
- Please check your spam or junk folder
- Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct
If you still cannot locate it, contact us as [ info@valerias-boutique.com].
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, as they are immediately entered into our processing system.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If any of the following mistakes have happened, please contact us immediately at [ info@valerias-boutique.com ]:
- duplicate item/order
- incorrect size/color
- incorrect shipping address
We may be able to review and edit your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please note that modifications are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations under any circumstances.
We kindly ask that all customers review their order details carefully before completing checkout.
Returned to Sender Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refused delivery, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempts, the order will be processed as Returned to Sender.
- Returned to Sender order will be issued store credit only, minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Store credit of Returned to Sender orders will be sent to customer via email.
- Store credit of Returned to Sender orders will be valid for 30 days only starting the date the store credit was issued.
If you wish to reorder the order that was returned to us, you will have to make a new order and can use the store credit that has been issued to you.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as high-risk or suspected fraud activity.
By placing an order with Valeria’S Boutique, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Order Policy.
It is the customer's responsibility to review our store policies prior to placing an order.
Valeria’S Boutique reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks filed in contradiction to the policies agreed upon at checkout. Documentation including delivery confirmation, policy acknowledgment, and order history will be provided to the payment provider as necessary.
Valeria’S Boutique reserves the right to update this Order Policy without notice.
